The Seawane Club is a premier private golf and social club located on Long Island’s South Shore. Serving a vibrant and growing membership, the Club offers exceptional dining, social events, racquet sports, and family programming in a welcoming and service-driven environment.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team for the upcoming season and beyond.

Position Summary

The Part-Time Bartender is responsible for delivering outstanding beverage service to members and guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency. This role supports daily club operations, dining service, and private events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards
• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas
• Monitor responsible alcohol service practices
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown for dining service and events
• Maintain proper stock levels and communicate inventory needs
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service execution

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience preferred (restaurant, hotel, or private club experience a plus)
• Strong hospitality and member-service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• NY State alcohol service compliance required

Compensation
