Position Overview
Calling all coffee lovers and adventure seekers! We're hunting for an amazing Barista/Driver who's ready to be our mobile coffee superhero. Picture this: you'll be cruising around in our incredible coffee truck, whipping up liquid happiness, and becoming the highlight of everyone's day. If you love people, live for great coffee, and get excited about being the person who brings the party wherever you go – this gig is calling your name!

Your Epic Daily Adventures
Driving & Setup 

• Cruise safely to awesome events in our state-of-the-art coffee truck
• Be the early bird who sets up our mobile coffee paradise
• Keep our truck sparkling and Instagram-ready at all times
• Master the art of safe driving while spreading coffee joy

Beverage Creation

• Create coffee masterpieces – hot, iced, and frozen deliciousness!
• Be the consistency champion – every drink is a work of art
• Keep your coffee station cleaner than a whistle (and twice as shiny!)

Customer Experience Rockstar

• Bring the energy that makes people's entire week better
• Turn every interaction into a mini celebration
• Handle transactions like a POS system pro
• Be the face of Travelin' Tom's awesomeness everywhere you go

Operations Superhero

• Master the restocking game and commissary adventures
• Champion health and food safety like the pro you are
• Keep our truck so spotless it practically glows

What Makes You Perfect for This Adventure?

• Valid driver's license with a squeaky-clean driving record 
• Ready to conquer driving a bigger vehicle 
• Customer service skills that could charm a grumpy Monday
• Positive vibes that are absolutely contagious
• Love for early mornings, weekends, and outdoor fun
• Can lift 25–40 lbs and dance on your feet all day
• Barista or food service experience is awesome (but we'll train you to be amazing!)

The Amazing Perks Waiting for You! 

• $12.00/hour base pay + 100% of your tips (because you earned them!) 
  • Tips typically range $50.00-$100.00+ per day (cha-ching!)
  • Total expected pay $20.00-$30.00+ per hour
• Flexible part-time schedule (20–30 hours per week) with room to grow full-time! 
• Work environment so fun, it doesn't feel like work
