AutoStore Fulfillment Specialist

Step onto the floor at 2:30 PM and you’ll feel the hum of our AutoStore system as orders start flowing. You’ll guide inventory through picking, packing, staging, and shipment so customers get exactly what they ordered—on time, every time. You’ll finish at 11:00 PM knowing you kept our distribution engine running smoothly.

Schedule & Pay

• Core hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd shift)
• Base pay: $18.22/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential

Compensation is a general guideline and may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications, and market/business considerations.

What you’ll handle

• Partner with our AutoStore automated system to receive, put away, locate, and select finished goods for customer orders.
• Run warehouse workflows—picking, put-away, and cycle counts—while interfacing with automated equipment.
• Use barcode scanners, touchscreens, and keyboards to complete accurate inventory transactions.
• Apply special labeling and palletize finished goods for transport; perform pallet-jack operations.
• Stage cardboard boxes and manage dunnage when needed.
• Own the quality of your work and carry out waste/material management per applicable regulatory requirements.
• Keep your area organized using Eaton’s 5S standards and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate in a team environment to support Bussmann business objectives.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED (from an accredited institution).
• At least 1 year of computer experience.
• Residence within 50 miles of Ellisville; relocation assistance is not provided.

Preferred

• Experience working with automated robots and material handling systems.

Position criteria

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfort with repetitive motion, standing, and stooping.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
