Toledo Tire & Auto Care is a growing, multi-location independent auto repair operation with three locations across the Toledo area. We are built on a simple premise: put the right people in the right environment, invest in their development, and the results take care of themselves.

We are adding an experienced automotive technician to our team. This is not a position for someone who wants to coast. We have real volume, real work, and a documented four-level technician career path that takes a motivated tech from where they are today all the way to master technician level. If you are a strong B-level tech who wants to develop your diagnostic capabilities and grow your earning power in a structured environment that actually supports that growth, this is the role you have been looking for.

Earning potential runs from $70,000 to $100,000 and beyond annually. Base hourly pay covers every hour you work. Once you cross 40 produced hours in a pay week, the flat rate kicks in, and your earnings accelerate. Weekly pay. Monday through Friday, no weekends. Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• You will perform a full range of automotive repairs and maintenance services, including brakes, suspension, steering, engine repairs, heating and air conditioning, and scheduled maintenance.

• You will contribute to production volume in a team-oriented shop environment where dispatching is fair and the work is steady.

• You will perform Digital Vehicle Inspections and communicate findings clearly to the service team.

• You will complete jobs start to finish with accurate documentation of concern, cause, and correction.

• As you develop your diagnostic skills, you will take on increasingly complex diagnostic assignments alongside senior technicians, building toward full diagnostic capability at the master technician level.

• You will maintain your bay, manage your workflow, and hold yourself to the shop standard of accountability and professionalism.
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience in a shop environment is required - not school, not personal projects; professional shop experience.

• You are competent and confident across brakes, suspension, steering, tires, alignments, and light to moderate engine work. You have some diagnostic experience and the drive to develop it further.

• You own your basic tool set, and you show up ready to produce.

• ASE certifications are a plus but not a hard requirement - what matters is that you can do the work and you are committed to growing your skills.

• You take jobs start to finish, write them up clean, and operate without drama.

• You want a shop that invests in your development and gives you a documented path to the next level.
