Kia of Vacaville is looking for an enthusiastic  Vehicle Sales Professional to join our growing team in Vacaville, CA.
If you enjoy meeting people, helping customers find the right vehicle, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive, professional buying experience
• Learn about customers’ needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Present vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
• Work closely with our sales and management teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Stay up to date on Kia products, incentives, and industry trends
• Consistently work toward and achieve individual and dealership sales goals

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with customers
• Motivated by achieving goals and earning strong income
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and CRM systems
• Able to listen to customers and identify their needs
• Willing to learn and continuously improve
• Available to work on a dealership schedule, including weekends

Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed.
