Job Description

Must Haves:

• 1 year of previous experience as an Audio Visual Technician
• Ability to troubleshoot AV hardware and WIFI connectivity issues
• Flexibility to be available for occasional ad hoc meetings
• Willingness to learn new equipment as needed

Schedule:

• Estimated hours per month: 15-20, to account for 2 regularly scheduled meetings per month plus a 3 rd meeting if one gets added to the monthly schedule.
• Regular meetings are on the 2 nd and 4 th Wednesday each month. A 3 rd meeting may be added to the 3 rd Wednesday of the month if needed.
• Meetings take place around 4pm and can last until ~10pm for the regular meetings. For the add-on meetings, they may end earlier, such as around 7pm.
• 1-2 hour early arrival is needed before each meeting for setup and troubleshooting.
• Meetings can be around 6 hours, maybe less for the add-on meetings.

Job Description:

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment for monthly meetings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure equipment functions correctly during the meetings.
• Collaborate with meeting organizers on what will be needed for each meeting.
• Being able to adapt quickly for issues that may arise during the meetings.
