The contractor will provide comprehensive Information Technology and Knowledge Management support services to sustain the training, education, and operational mission of the Fires Center of Excellence
Job Summary
The Audio Visual Specialist provides technical support for audiovisual systems used in classrooms, training simulations, and conferences across the Fires Center of Excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain AV equipment including projectors, microphones, displays, and control systems
Provide technical setup and support for training sessions and briefings
Troubleshoot AV system issues during live events
Maintain inventory of AV equipment
Assist instructors and staff with AV technology operation
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Audio Visual Technology, IT, or related field
3+ years experience with AV systems in enterprise or training environments
Knowledge of digital media systems, conferencing tools, and signal routing
