The Opportunity: 

We're hiring an Associate Attorney with 0 to 7 years of experience and interest in business, real estate, or family law litigation . The ideal candidate will be comfortable with client interactions and court-appearances, have a growth mindset, and enjoy practicing law.

$141,000 - $181,000 yearly

• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
• Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action

• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required

• Active license to practice law in California;
• Excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• 0-7 years of experience in civil litigation (business or real estate law preferred)
