Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.

Hiring for multiple locations: Max Lager’s Wood-Fired Grill & Brewery, Bold Monk Brewing Co., and White Oak

Brewed To Serve Restaurant Group is a family-owned hospitality company operating three distinct Atlanta concepts, each with its own energy, guest base, and service style. We are hiring Assistant General Managers for all three locations and looking for leaders who love hospitality, thrive on a busy floor, and are excited to grow into the event and revenue side of the business.

About Our Concepts

• Max Lager’s Wood-Fired Grill & Brewery — Downtown Atlanta’s original brewpub with wood-fired cooking and high-volume service.
• Bold Monk Brewing Co. — A brewery/restaurant/bookstore/coffeehouse built for community, programming, and events.
• White Oak — A refined dining and cocktail experience with an elevated wine program and service standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the floor during service: pacing, reservations/waitlist flow, table touches, section management, and guest recovery
• Coach and develop FOH teams (hosts, servers, bartenders, support) to deliver consistent hospitality
• Maintain service standards: cleanliness, readiness, uniforms, steps of service, and guest experience
• Partner with BOH and leadership to ensure smooth execution and strong communication
• Support hiring, training, and scheduling to build dependable teams
• Handle guest issues with professionalism and urgency, turning problems into return visits
• Uphold safety, compliance, and responsible alcohol service

Event Execution

• Execute private events, large parties, and buyouts with a focus on hospitality and precision
• Coordinate day of logistics including room readiness, timing, staffing, menus, and service flow
• Lead pre shift and event specific training so the team is aligned on expectations
• Ensure excellent guest communication and service recovery during events
• Protect the guest experience while maintaining strong operational discipline through pacing, organization, cleanliness, and consistency

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in full-service hospitality (supervisor/lead/manager)
• Strong floor presence: calm, confident, and guest-focused under pressure
• A coach’s mindset: you can set standards, give feedback, and build team culture
• Organized, dependable, and accountable
• Willingness to learn events/private dining and contribute to revenue growth
• Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Comfort with POS and reservation systems; able to learn new tools quickly
