Administrative / Personal Assistant

On-Site | Avondale, PA

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility as needed)

Salary: $52,000 – $55,000/year

About the Company

We are representing a fast-growing consumer brand based in Avondale, PA that has been featured on major platforms including Shark Tank , CNBC, QVC, and Vogue .

With a team of approximately 20 employees and a strong celebrity following—including Serena Williams, Pink, and Alicia Keys—the company is entering an exciting phase of growth, with plans to expand into dedicated office and warehouse space in the near future.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive professional with 3–7 years of experience who enjoys supporting leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role is primarily administrative (80%) with some personal assistant support (20%) , working closely with the President/Owner as a trusted right hand.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys being involved in a variety of tasks to help keep both business and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Assist with email management and general correspondence
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
• Support invoicing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
• Help maintain organized files, documents, and spreadsheets
• Assist with social media coordination and basic content support as needed
• Provide general administrative and personal support to the President/Owner
• Help improve processes and keep day-to-day operations running efficiently
• Assist with occasional hands-on tasks, including organizing materials or inventory
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of administrative or assistant experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional, polished, and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of social media platforms is helpful
• Able to work onsite within a 30-minute commute of Avondale, PA
