Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and passionate A-Level Psychology Teacher to join an international high school in Hangzhou. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Psychology instruction within the A-Level curriculum, supporting students in both academic achievement and critical thinking development.

Key Responsibilities
Teach A-Level Psychology to high school students
Design and deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons aligned with the A-Level syllabus
Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations
Develop students’ analytical thinking, research skills, and academic writing ability
Monitor student progress and provide timely academic feedback
Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Education, or related field
Must hold PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
Experience teaching A-Level Psychology preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for international education and student development
